This website is operated by NETDZIN LLC, a DBA of CISSEGLOBAL LLC, a Maryland company. NETDZIN provides network design, Wi-Fi, firewall and remote access, virtualization, troubleshooting, and cabling services to businesses in Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. The site is intended for businesses in the United States.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us or what a website needs in order to run.

• Contact details you enter in the contact form or send by email or phone: name, email address, phone number, company, and office location.
• Project details you describe: the problem, the services you want, how you prefer to be reached, and any information about your network you choose to share.
• Technical data collected automatically by the website and its host: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and security logs. We use it to keep the site running and to limit spam and repeated form submissions.

Please do not send passwords, access keys, or other secrets through the form or by email. If we need access to your systems, we will agree a secure way to do it first.

• To schedule calls, assessments, and site visits

4. Who else sees it

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed. These include our website host (Hostinger), our email provider (Zoho), the tools we use to run the contact form, and Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts the site displays. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to prevent fraud or security abuse. If NETDZIN is ever merged, sold, or reorganized, your information may transfer to the successor under terms at least as protective as this policy. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and project records for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet business and legal requirements. If an inquiry does not lead to work, we delete it on request. Contact us to ask.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, such as access limited to the people who need it, strong authentication on our accounts, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to give you a copy, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. This website is for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
